Information we collect
TrainerX processes coach account details and the biometric data your athletes choose to connect through providers such as WHOOP and Apple Health. Athletes grant access explicitly and can revoke it at any time.
How we use data
We use connected data to compute attention insights, surface alerts, and power the coaching workflow. We do not sell personal data.
Data sharing
Data is shared only with the integrations you enable (for example, TrueCoach or Trainerize) and the service providers required to operate TrainerX.
Security & retention
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest and retained only as long as needed to provide the service.
